On November 3rd, the first edition of the Industrial Piping Operator and Hydraulic Maintenance Course began — a program promoted by Moymsa, part of Iturcemi Group, together with the City Council of Avilés, with the goal of training new professionals for the Asturian industrial sector.
Over the coming weeks, the 10 selected candidates will take part in an intensive training program that combines theoretical learning, hands-on practice in real facilities, and direct experience alongside our technical teams.
This initiative not only aims to transfer knowledge but also to create real job opportunities in a constantly evolving sector.
By the end of the course, 40% of the candidates already have a hiring commitment, reflecting the tangible impact of a training model that connects skill development directly with employability.
