The project for Iturcemi aimed to provide Room2030 with a shared data space capable of covering and addressing all phases of the modular construction value chain. This same solution was designed to record and store information from the sensors installed in the housing modules. Following an analysis of the needs to be met, the types of users and the functionalities enabled for each, and a review of existing market tools, the selected tool was developed and adapted to create a functional and operational data platform, which is now installed in Room2030’s infrastructure. This platform centralizes and therefore streamlines information exchange among the various stakeholders, creates a shared space for storing generated data, and makes the required information available to everyone involved in the process quickly and efficiently.
