Iturcemi has successfully developed the electrical and instrumentation engineering (EIE) for the electrolysis plant, consolidating its ability to handle highly complex and technically demanding industrial projects.
The scope included the definition of electrical and instrumentation schematics, loop diagrams, cable lists, low-voltage switchboards, motor control centers (MCCs), and connections to field equipment, in addition to demolition and installation documentation. All of this ensured traceability, continuity, and regulatory compliance at every stage.
The execution was characterized by rigorous planning, coordination with the client and contractors, and agile validation of the technical documentation, ensuring that the on-site assembly phase proceeded with minimal uncertainty. Thanks to the work of a specialized team and project management, deadlines and quality standards were met, providing safety and reliability to a critical process.
This case reinforces Iturcemi’s position as a leader in EIE engineering, capable of designing comprehensive solutions that optimize operations and reduce risks in demanding environments.
